The product was waterproof. However, despite saying it was suitable for tumble drying on a synthetic setting, it melted the first time I dried it. Very disappointing. RESPONSE from co-operative xest. We are sorry that you have had a problem with this product. We have checked with the manufacturer and the item is not suitable for tumble drying and have therefore added this to our product description. We have refunded you on this item as all our products are covered by our 12 month Buy & Try guarantee.
