Returning Your Order
We want you to be happy with our products and that is why we provide the co-operative Xest guarantee. It’s quite simple, if for ANY reason you are not happy with your product during the first 60 days of your purchase, we will refund the cost of your item so long as the product is in a re-saleable condition and returned to us in its original and intact packaging. We will also ensure that returning a product is as simple as possible. Follow these simple steps for easy returns:
Call one of our friendly customer services advisors on 0800 622 6002 first. Our Advisors will also provide you with the return delivery address details.
Include your parcel slip, ticking the box that best sums up why you're returning the item, with your return or a note containing your name and order number. Our customer service advisors will be able to provide you with this information when you call them if you no longer have your parcel slip. Without this information we may be unable to process your return and this can delay the time taken to issue you with a refund.
Ensure that your parcel is securely packaged and that it is returned in a re-saleable condition with its original and intact packaging. Please let our customer service advisor know if you have difficulty with this.
Post it. We recommend you get a proof of posting which is available, free of charge, from your post office.
A small number of our products are not covered by the co-operative Xest Guarantee (for example Tena Lady products). This should be made clear on the individual product page of our website so please check this before making a purchase. If you are in any doubt please check with one of our customer services advisors.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of returning any items.
Once we have received your return a refund will be made to the credit or debit card used as payment for the original order. Please allow up to 30 days for this to appear.
